A bit of bubbly

We're suckers for a nice prosecco and recently had a fantastic bottle that we both loved. It's called Nino Franco Prosecco Primo Franco, and it's fruity without being cloying and so very drinkable. Soft and bubbly, not too sharp - our new favorite. You can find it at Nancy's (where it's Nancy's favorite, too!) or here. (One caveat: Nino Franco also makes a "rustico" prosecco, which is less delicate - I much prefer the Primo Franco - and much easier to find.) And since it's party season, a nice bottle of something frizzante seems ever so à propos.
